Aromatherapy is the practice of using natural oils extracted from plants to balance and promote the health of the body and mind; it makes a wonderful addition to your treatment. You can choose from a variety of oils available to enhance your massage.

 

There are hundreds of kinds of essential oils, each with their own unique properties. They are added to the oil used during the massage to produce the desired effect. For example some oils, such as lavender, have a relaxing effect whereas lemon oil has an energizing effect.
